Return & Refund Policy

Physical Merchandise

We want you to love your XWRLD merch. If you're not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email us at error404@wrldwidexprssn.net with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Digital Music & Downloads

Because digital music is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue — a failed or corrupted download, being charged twice, or receiving the wrong item — contact us at error404@wrldwidexprssn.net and we'll make it right with a replacement download or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item you receive is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at error404@wrldwidexprssn.net with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
